When you purchase something in the Tomorrowland Store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address for the handling, processing and fulfilment of your order, as well as customer service and service after sales.  

When you browse the Tomorrowland Store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information to help us learn about your browser and operating system.

When you add products to your shopping cart and enter your details during checkout, we reserve the right to save this information to send you shopping cart or checkout reminders for commercial purposes.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates if you use the opt-in form in the Tomorrowland Store, or check the opt-in box during checkout.

Content that you have created and posted/uploaded to your social media accounts, and that contains Tomorrowland brand hashtag or hashtag that has been communicated by Tomorrowland Store, may be used on the webpages, social media pages of the Tomorrowland Store or other marketing, promotional and advertising initiatives, in any media now or in the future. By using any of the hashtags as described above, you grant Tomorrowland Store the irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable right to use your tagged User Submissions, username, real name, image, likeness, caption, location or other identifying information that connects with any use of your User Submissions. In case you are asked to use a specific hashtag for a competition or sweepstake, terms and conditions of participation for competitions apply.
